I am currently a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) and was admitted as a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) since 2009. I am also a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors since 2017.
I have over 16 years of experience in investments, finance, accounting and senior management leadership. My earlier working experiences include Ernst & Young LLP in external audit and also transaction advisory services, as well as a financial controller of a fintech startup.
My interests
When not at work, I enjoy cycling, reading and taking photos / videos.
I see cycling as a form of endurance sports helps me to detach myself from work, de-stress and stay grounded. Cycling also helps me to focus on physical fitness a priority as well. As we have no health, we have no wealth.
I believe in lifelong learning and what better way to invest in yourself than reading? My desire to gain new knowledge to grow and make better decisions as a leader.
I love photography as a means to show my creative side, engaging my right brain. As well as to record precious family moments, memories and travel, whilst having fun at the same time.
I am happily married with my wife for the last 10 years and have 2 beautiful kids, aged 9 and 7 this year. They are the motivation for everything I do and I hope to set a good example on how they can contribute back to society when they grow up. They do grow up very fast, so fast that I’ve started to miss the days that I could carry them both in my arms!
Let’s live fully in the Present guys!
The past is History; The future is a Mystery; This moment is a gift; That is why we call it the Present.
